Lawrence Page, B.A., LL.B., QC

Director & Chairman

Lawrence Page obtained his law degree from UBC 1964 and was called to the Bar of BC in 1965 where he has practiced in the areas of natural resource law, corporate and securities law. Through his experience with natural resource companies and, in particular, precious metals development, Mr. Page has established a unique relationship with financiers, geologists and consultants and has been counsel for public Companies which have discovered and developed producing mines in NA. Specifically, he has been a Director and Officer of Companies which have discovered and brought into production the David Bell and Page Williams mines in Ontario, the Snip, Calpine/Eskay Creek and Mascot Gold Mines in BC, as well as the discovery of the Penasquito Mine in Mexico. Mr. Page is the principal of the Manex Resource Group of Vancouver which provides administrative, financial, and geological services to a number of public companies in the mineral resource sector. He currently serves as a director of six public companies, including Homestake Resource Corporation, Southern Silver Exploration Corp., Duncastle Gold Corp., Bravada Gold Corporation, Quaterra Resources Inc., and Valterra.

Graham Thatcher

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Thatcher moved from London, England to Vancouver, British Columbia in 2006. Specializing in financial reporting and auditing across a breadth of business sectors in both the UK and Canada, he brings extensive experience of operating with International Financial Reporting Standards and paperless systems. He is also senior accountant at Manex Resource Group which provides administrative, financial, corporate, corporate finance and geological services to a number of public companies in the mineral resource sector. Prior to this, he worked in public practice at Smythe Ratcliffe LLP with companies in the mining and exploration sector.  Mr. Thatcher obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Economics from Lancaster University in 1995, which included a one year program at the University of British Columbia. He is also a finalist of global accounting designation, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).  Mr. Thatcher is also volunteer board member and treasurer at Heritage Hall Preservation Society, a non-profit charitable organization whose mandate is to restore and manage Heritage Hall, a landmark building located in Vancouver.

Brian McGrath, B.Sc., P.Geo., QP

Director

Mr. McGrath is a member of APEGBC and attained his Bachelor’s degree in Earth Sciences from Memorial University in Newfoundland in 1992. He’s dedicated over 20 years to the mineral exploration industry through geosciences, education and sustainability. His background includes exploration for gold and base metals through his work on banded iron formations, VHMS deposits and lode gold systems. Brian joined Manex in 2007 after spending six years with Cumberland Resources Ltd. on a team that brought the Meadowbank Gold Project in Nunavut to a multi-million ounce reserve. Other key past-positions include: Mineral Resource Officer with BC’s Ministry of Energy and Mines, and Project Geologist positions with Homestake Exploration Canada; Echo Bay Mines Ltd. and Redfern Resources.

Barry Schindel

Director

Mr. Barry Schindel has been a director of the Company since 2003. He has been involved in the auto leasing business for more than 30 years as a manager of Olsa Holdings Ltd. Auto Leasing in Kelowna BC.

Edward A. Odishaw

Director

Edward Odishaw has been the director of numerous national and international companies and organizations for more than 25 years. He has practiced corporate commercial law in Vancouver since 1973 and now specializes in corporate finance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Odishaw is the Founding Director and Chairman of the Estey Centre for Law and Economics in International Trade. He is and has been a Director of numerous professional and community organizations

Arie Page, B.A., LL.B.

Corporate Secretary

Ms. Page obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000 and her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2004 from the University of British Columbia and was called to the BC Bar in 2005. Ms. Page currently serves as a corporate secretary to several public resource companies in the minerals sector.
