The Nelson Mining District is one of the oldest and most prolific mining/industrial locations in the Province of British Columbia. The historical mining records begin in the mid to late 1800s and contain vast mineral records and many colourful pioneering characters. Valterra is applying modern exploratory techniques on our holdings and we anticipate further aggressive programs within the belt.
